Our EKO X Cube recycling bin is a state of the art recycling bin and is perfect for busy families needing a hygienic, quick and simple recycling solution.
This 40L capacity (20+20L) bin has two removable, colour coded inner buckets to make bag changes and bin cleaning easy.
The super hygienic X Cube recycling bin is made of a high quality fingerprint resistant, brushed (or powder coated) stainless steel to give a refined finish. A special antibacterial Nano coating has also been applied to help keep germs at bay. There is also the added benefit of a silicone seal to trap odours inside and a built in deodoriser compartment to help to keep your bin smelling fresh.Each bucket has a bag holder function allowing bags to be kept secure and the bin rim to be kept looking neat and tidy with no messy overhang.
The shape of the bin has been kept sleek and will fit flat against walls to save space.

I’m so pleased with my EKObin. It’s a really good size and fits neatly up against the side of my island. It’s very well designed, with a lovely smooth coating on the body and a stainless steel lid which so far has been easy to keep clean. I like the dual compartments and 20 litre is more than enough for my kitchen bin. It’s easy to use with a soft close lid and the two compartments don’t need special sized bags either which is helpful. Overall a really well designed product.

An attractive and functional bin.
Lots of well thought through features such as a bin liner tidy and a hole at the bottom to prevent an air lock when removing the bin liners. There is also a rubber seal to keep in odours.
Effective soft close mechanism and stay open lid when changing the liners.
I am unsure of what air freshener products fit in air freshener slot though.
Feels well made and will hopefully last well.

This bin is a great size for dual compartments – I like the coloured inserts and think green and black are great universal colours when it comes to separating your rubbish especially for recycling – the inserts have small slot marks to the bottom which allows you to easily remove the bin bags without added suction which I’ve experienced before with bin inserts, that’s also got a hole towards the top to allow the bin bags to be held in place which avoids any bin juices getting between the bag and the insert, so far so good! It also has an area in the top of the bin for deodorising products to sit in a neat compartment.
I love the colour of the bin and that it’s touch free with the pedal on the bottom for a smooth soft close of the bin lid, also that it’s fingerprint free which means the bin stays and looks clean all the time.
Having used the bin daily for the past week I really like it’s size. It’s taller than your average bin, but the 2 compartments can hold a lot of rubbish, so much that I’m finding I don’t have to change the bags as often as I did before I had this bin. I also like the soft closing lid and the neatness of the compartments which has been covered with a top lid to hide the bin bags from showing on the outside of the bin, it’s clean and looks smart without taking over in my compact kitchen.
