Great looking dispenser and lots of text viewed on the internet referencing EKO Soap which seems to not exist. I used to use Simple Human but had so many with issues. I’ve brought their brand of soap but seems to be a little thick to work with the EKO Dispenser.

I really love this bin.

I had a sensor bin previously (Tower) and I liked it but the build quality was poor and the battery compartment cover kept falling off, releasing the batteries into the bin bag (not good if full). I spent a long time browsing for better products and the best alternative (that wasn't a generic reproduction of the Tower bin) was this product. I wondered if it was worth spending twice as much... I now know.

There was a minor hiccup with my order but this was rectified very quickly and efficiently via the customer service team (thank you Lara).

I bought this particular model because the two sides of the cover leave clearance to fit under my kitchen counter when open. When I installed the bin, I noted that I had slightly underestimated the sensor clearance which kept the bin open. This was easily rectified with a piece of dark card placed on the underside of the counter (the alternative, in my experience, would be to put a small dot of permanent marker over the sensors to reduce their gain - but don't do that, it'll invalidate your warranty!)

I LOVE this bin. It's not as cheap as inferior sensor bins but the build quality of this bin is clearly very much more robust and it looks as though EKO have put a good deal of thought into the design and construction of this bin.

PROS: Exellent build quality, great dimensions, lots of variations of models, very quiet, robust, plenty of reasonably priced accessories but doesn't require them.

CONS: A bit more pricey - but it would have been a false economy to replace my Tower/generic bin, in my opinion, annually. Sensor not adjustable on lid but there are workarounds which I can forgive.

Overall, am I glad that I bought this bin? YES

I chose this caddy from a number showing on Amazon. It looked to be the size, shape & capacity I needed, and a nice colour. When Amazon did not have it in stock, I went straight to EKO and ordered it without any problem. It was also cheaper! And it arrived, nicely packed, in the blink of an eye! Really efficient service. And it is exactly what we wanted, just as shown, and really well made. I am delighted. Many thanks.

Although over a hundred pounds for mirror appears excessive, you will immediately notice the difference. I previously used 2 times magnification mirror for shaving but on using the imira I found numerous areas where I failed to remove hairs. With the large mirror area and different lighting options, there are no black spots. Each side of your face is equally visible with no shadow. NB the only problem with this mirror is every wrinkle and blemish are noticeable!

Really impressed with this product which has ample capacity for a family of two in a compact, well designed space. Excellent service from EKO, delivery wishing 48hours. Better value on price and promoter delivery time than was being offered by other online retailers. Only slight niggle is the rubber feet need fixing in place otherwise they drop out when moving the bin for cleaning. Still five stars though and am happy with my purchase.

These caddy's are awesome, so useful in fact I ended up buying 8 of them, in the house, at the office, in the van, just brilliant. Been using them hanging on the inside of the cupboard door by the coffee machine to drop the used capsules in, perfect for that.

Already reviewed the bin, which is great, so good that we bought a second one, but this time we had trouble with the delivery. EKO's partner didn't knock at my door (I was home all day), instead they delivered it to a random neighbour who wasn't home either, left her garden gates open and her little dog was found wandering in the road as a result.

EKO were very responsive, but I can't give it 5 stars because what happened, happened. All partners in the supply chain need to be of an equal quality to the businesses I choose to do business with.

On this occasion, EKO was badly let down by it's delivery partner (DPD).

We never had enough room in our old bin and my wife was skeptical about me paying so much for a bin so she totally punished it with old leftover food that was turning, raw salmon and beef offcuts, meat and fish wrappers and so on. This bin, coupled with the perfume capsules eliminated the odours, even though it lives in a conservatory and we had blazing sun all week. I used to heave taking out a bin bag like that, but not with this bin and the capsules - it is fantastic. Can't recommend this enough - solved a number of problems perfectly.
